On The Propping Up Platform Of Education Information Managing Network

From the current data processing of China's education information management, the data processing is only based on using management software of Windows stand-alone version. These systems do not have the networking capacity and data analysis capacity.They can not facilitate sharing , further excavation and analysis of the data. Comparing with the applications of information technology in other fields,the network technology has been used only to send a simple statement in education management.It is far from handling and using it.According to a mature incremental method of software engineering to develop the design of systems, this paper has proposed its design concept, principles and requirements for the system basic platform and has analysed in details on the structure of the system`s function in selecting the J2EE as a system development environment combining with Rational Rose as the system`s aiding design tool to lay the foundation of the theory and practice for the realization of the system.This paper has applied the high technologies such as current computer technology and network technology to explore the integrated applications for the education information management under the Internet network, including data acquisition, validation, aggregation, statistical analysis, retrieval, use and data security, data sharing and data releasing. It has studied the management models and classification of the education information intensive data, the composition of application system and the implementation,planning,budget,organization,command,control,coordinationissemination,retrieval and effective utilization of the information resources to provide a retrieval platform of information statistics for the education researchers as well as the basis for the decision makers.This paper has studied and established the model of education information management, the data format standards, the structure of the supporting platform, the distributing and centralizing database design, the data security design of the supporting platform undre network environment ,the design of security and encryption for data,the integration of the heterogeneous and historical data,the exchange transmission and other forms of XML format data,setting up a unified business platform based on Internet / Intranet data management and development to achieve data collection, processing, information dissemination,one time development and network management. Therefor, this system can maker it possible for the leadership at all levels, office staff, the teaching units and the public under the certain authority to inquire and use the concerning education development data and provide the basic data for the research units at all levels.Experimental Results: The system, through the joint debugging under the actual hardware and software environments, is full-featured, stable, effective and fullfils the designed expected target.
