| SaaS, as one hotspot of cloud computing era, has been deeply concerned by small and medium-size enterprise (SME) for it can effectively solve many problems in informatization process of SME. In order to solve the product operation and maintenance problems that traditional software vendors have met when transforming to SaaS service providers and to improve the SaaS industry chain thus promoting the development of SaaS model and the implementation of SME informatization, this paper has designed and developed an SME-informatization-oriented SaaS platform (the short for SaaS operation and management support platform) according to specific application requirements. Meanwhile, some key technologies of this platform have been studied. The main works are as follows:1. Platform analysis and design. With solving the specific problems in both SME informatization process and development of SaaS model as the starting point, according to the practical application requirements of SaaS platform and with consideration of the SaaS model characteristics, the overall architecture of SME-informatization-oriented SaaS platform is designed using "SaaS software supermarket" online service rental model. Every layer of the architecture is also analyzed and designed in detail.2. Study of SaaS service integration technologies. On the basis of traditional and present SaaS service integration technologies, the idea of "on-demand integration" of SaaS platform is discussed. Then, an in-depth study on OSGi principle and distributed OSGi is carried out. Finally, OSGi-based SaaS service integration technology is used to achieve on-demand service integration of the platform and the feasibility of this technology on service integration is demonstrated.3. Study of platform operation monitoring. On the basis of virtualization technology, especially server virtualization technology, feasible solutions are proposed for platform operation monitoring and the frameworks of both monitoring and management system and business management system of SaaS operation support layer are designed based on VMM developing interface.4. Study of data synchronization technologies. The data synchronization principles of several major database vendors and their advantages and disadvantages are studied. MySQL data synchronization technology is used to solve the data synchronization problems of the platform.5. Implementation of the platform. SME-informatization-oriented SaaS operation and management support platform, the first phase of "Xiangyun Services", has been implemented using open source software development tools and has been put into trial operation. |
