| The military medical security system has been developed in certain historical conditions, including the medical treatment of military personnel, the basic form of protection of medical services, and the operational mechanism for medical expenses and so on. In the actual work of the military medical security, the increase scale of the funding for medical demand and consumption has exceeded that of the medical funding. For the imbalance between the supply and demand, the contradiction has been conspicuous. Too much manual operation causes a large number of man-made data errors and manual loopholes. Such errors and loopholes may make medical management decisions difficult. Learning from the successful experience of local health insurance, combining the actual situation of military medical security, according to the contradictions and problems in current military medical security system, this paper carried out reforms on it. A new military medical insurance system was established based on the principle. In this system, soldiers enjoy free medical care, and employees enjoy the combination of medical insurance. In the case of that the medical reform policy has been basically established, information technology was participated in the reform of military medical security system. Electronic medical card was used to store patients'medical information, so the medical treatment process of military personnel has been simplified. Software systems for medical treatment, such as information acquisition, and data center management, were implemented. Through the above-mentioned methods, information management of military medical security system was achieved, and the reform of military medical security system in Chengdu Military Region was ensured to be carried out smoothly. Meanwhile, through the analysis of multi-level data processing, this paper lays emphasis on the research of the implementation of the information technology in military medical security, mainly on military and hospital levels. |
