| The traditional official business work mainly relys on manual operation. It has inefficiency and complicated process. However, the modern information technique can improve the work efficiency and quality. Then it can realize the automation of the office process and the rapid and comprehensive information collection, processing and exchange. It provides a reliable and scientific basis for the daily operation and the management of enterprises and institutions.After summarizing the development of the office automation system, this thesis combines official business processing with distributed development model and then the design of the system is proposed on the basis of J2EE framework. It can reduce the work intensity with the help of the network and computer technology as well as the related information resources. Then the timely information exchange can be guaranteed. So the resource of the company can be integrated and the work efficiency can be improved.First, the requirement of the office automation system is analyzed, the research status is stated and the design objective and principles of the system are also discussed according to the existing problems. Second, the design pattern and the main framework are presented and the system architecture is described. After that the prototype of the office automation system is designed in JAVA using Eclipse as development platform and it can realize the system function effectively. At last, the main operational interface is introduced and the system testing is performed, hence the effectiveness of the design is verified.The designed office automation system is based on J2EE which had good portability and expansibility. It can satisfy the daily requirement of middle and small enterprises and institutions and can improve the informational level of them. The system operates well in practical and achieves effective results. |
