With the continuous development of network technology and popularization, based on the traditional C/S model library information management system can no longer meet current needs. Multi-campus, inter-institution collaboration allows distributed independently of each other, independent of the library information management system there is a connection between the gap, people have to repeat the data transfer between the various application systems. This not only restricts the development of libraries, but also how to more effectively restrict the use of storage in different regions of the books and documents information resources. Most library information systems are used in the beginning of the twentieth century's architecture ninety, all schools are in the research, how to replacement. With the ERP concept, Web2.0 technologies to further improve the proposed Web Services technology, based on open architecture environment, LRP, is an optimal solution. ERP not only fully reflects the thinking of the pursuit of best value, but also the use of the latest technological achievements in related fields library to solve the existing problems of the best opportunities. In this paper, background and relevant research projects on the basis of technical analysis, proposed a complete design framework LRP system, thus opening up a new ERP applications thoughts. This article from the technical architecture, system analysis, system architecture and design aspects were discussed. Also select one module instance, and further explained the implementation of the system approach and technical route for the future implementation of the project to provide a reference for.
