Bidding Project Management, Business Information Systems Design And Implementation

In recent years, as the development of computer application technology and network technology, the bidding project management and business information system has been established and developped continuously. Nowadays, the tender and bidding management is gradually adopting modern operation according to the requirement of business development and business management. With the benefit of the high efficiency of informationization, the staffs of the company could improve their commercial related competence, and the leaders could upgrade their management, so that the bidding business could be standardized and normalized, and the efficiency of tender and bidding could also be increased.This essay takes the actual situation of Yunnan Tendering Co., Ltd. as the background, and some research on bidding management is done. Based on the thought of software engineering and software process, we not only analyze the business requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements, but also analyze the different development mode and implementation technique. As a result, the technical route adapted the actual situation of bidding project has been designed. In fact, the bidding project management and business information system is designed based on J2EE technology, oracle database and B/S multi-pattern. Meanwhile, the whole analysis and design process of this system is also stated in this essay.Finally, a prospect of the future construction of the bidding project management and business information system is offered. In the future, the integrated network system of bidding platform will be created.
