| Software reuse is the important domain of software engineering. It is the main route to solve software crisis and enhance software productivity. Software component technology and framework technology have become a hot research in Software reuse technology. This dissertation applies the theory of Domain Engineering to the design and implementation of reconstructed Human Resource Management System, and puts forward a HRMS development model based on Domain Engineering, which effectively supports the development of HRMS.This article has carried out an in-depth study on the domain engineering technology and component technique, Combined with research findings on modeling methods oriented object and system architecture of domain, this thesis has then come to a resolving scheme on domain engineering, with domain engineering and component technique as the basis. And this scheme is applied to HR domain so that reusable resources can be attained. Secondly, domain engineering is applied to HR domain, many HR domain components are extracted and realized based on FODA and UML modeling method, we create the HR domain component library. Finally, based on HR domain component, the HRMS for East Group Weaving (Suzhou) LTD is developed.The major innovations of this research are listed as follows:(1) The article made a deep study to the thought and method of current domain engineering, and studied the concept, basic assumptions, the main stage, the participants, typical domain engineering method, the relationship between domain engineering and application engineering, and domain engineering modeling tools, etc.(2) The ideas, theories and methods of domain engineering is firstly used to make a complete domain analysis, design and realization of HRMS. And, we have completed the design, implementation and combination of HR field component.(3)We developed a HRMS for East Group Weaving (Suzhou) LTD in the application engineering phase, which verified the scheme is practical. |
