| Software reuse is an important subject of current software engineering research. Software euse is a solution to avoid repetitive labor in software development. Software reuse can improve:he efficiency of software development and the quality of the software product. Domain engineering is one of the key factors to achieve systematic software reuse. Reusable resources ire produced in domain engineering.The concept of software reuse, domain engineering and medical device management is described on this paper. The significance and goal of the subject research is illustrated. In order:o realize the reusability of medical device management system development, medical device nanagement industry is implemented domain engineering to obtain reusable resources (analysis nodel, design model, functional modules).By analysing the sample system of the medical device management information system, surveying the requirements of Yunnan Province five or six hospital medical device management end interpreting the policies and regulations of the national medical device management, thequirements of domain is obtained. According to the activities of domain engineering,)bject-oriented approach is taken advantage of domain analysis to identify the universality and ariability in the medical device management domain. Unified Modeling Language is used to create the domain analysis model. Then domain design is implemented to obtain domain design nodel. In domain design stage, MVC pattern is used to design software architecture. The letailed design of the system is described. According to domain analysis model and domain lesign model, domain implementation of medical device management is implemented to get the eusable resources.The medical device management industry is implemented domain engineering in order to)btain the reusable resources.
