These years, Digital TV is evolving in China fully, this trend will certainly bring a huge innovation in the entir domestic broadcasting industry. With rapid development of broadcasting industry, farseeing operators draw their experience from the telecommunications industry's Business Operation Support System, establishing the special Business Operation Support System which supports the whole service. We, Shaoxing Broadcast usually call it broadcasting television integration business and financial system. BOSS system is an integrated management information system, including the Operation Billing Subsystem, the Customer Service Subsystem, the Resource Management Subsystem and so on. The Customers Service Subsystem is based on call centre.It is the management and service system concentrating on improving operator's marketing and product opening up and meanwhile supplying mutual nice service to the customers.What it faced is a customer, emphasizs the service and stresses the importance of the management.This thesis foucs on broadcasting BOSS system, and at the same time emphasizes on the Customers Service Subsystem to complete the analysis, design and implementation.This thesis firstly introduces the related concepts and the current situation of the broadcasting BOSS system, as well as its development process and development trend. Further, this thesis describes the guidance of the system model for the broadcasting BOSS system and the significance of establishing the BOSS system by the current broadcasting operators. This thesis mainly studies the overall planning of the BOSS system and the design of the broadcasting business model, including the studies and implementation of the three models. Then, the thesis illustrates the construction of the whole system and the Customer Service Subsystem to achieve the key model, such as the technical architecture of the system, network structures and platform formation. Finally, this thesis describes the application and the prospects of the broadcasting BOSS systems and the main existing problems of the current system.
