Library Cd-rom Resources Online Management System

With the development of information technology, the management of the library has entered the stage of the digital library. There are more and more forms of enclosing the CD in the books, a rate of mixing of the books increases year by year, and is not up to non-paper resources such as the book CD,etc. to increase with the book CD day by day, as a kind of new literature carrier and resource, how to manage them scientifically with standards, is a new subject in front of staff member of the library. To meet readers' extensive demand on electronic resource day by day, library CD resource online administrative system based on such a demand background is developed.This thesis focuses on actual need of library CD management, adopts and object-oriented technology, designs and implements the system according to soft engineering's principles and methods. Striving to make the system more efficient, the system fully considers the perfect integration with the existing library ILASII system.The system adopts ASP.NET as the developing platform, Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 as the developing instrument, C# language as programming language, Sql server 2005 as the database foundation, the whole page relying mainly on IFRAME is designed. There are two major functions:The front desk can register, land, inquire and download CD file,etc. to operate on the net; The back-end can operate user's management, CD file uploading and data management, etc.. We solve three problems in developing especially:First, utilizing OP AC of the library ILASII system to open the interface function, implementing that channels the booklist information containing the resources of the CD in the library into the CD resource online administrative system database of the library; Second, implementing under.NET the CD that the CD resource reach in the server in the library is videoed; Third, implementing that uploads the big file from customer end to the high speed in the server steadily. Through research and development and use of this system, the system reduces the work load of the staff members of the library, improves working efficiency, protects electronic resources effectively, further accelerates the digital construction paces of the library. The system also implements CD centralized management of resource, disperse operations, and information sharing. This System is easy to operate, has steady performance, and there are extensive application prospects with the book CD management library.
