With the deepening of information, the explosive growth of data, long-term, efficient and safe preservation the massive data has been cause for concern. With the development of Blu-ray Disc technology, Blu-ray Disc with a low cost, low power consumption, high capacity, high reliability, security, and long-term preservation characteristics, becoming one of the important long-term data technology. But the process way that storage data to disk and then burning data to BD restricted the burning of high-performance concurrent flow.Aiming at the pre-existing performance problem, coming up with use the memory take the place of disk, and call non-cached data burn. Designed the non-cached data archiving Optical Disc Library technical architecture, and accomplished the system function. Specifically, the system primarily through four modules, namely Optical Disc Library memory management module, BD track divided into several modules, UDF generation and data recorders module and metadata dynamic recording module. The method of using the ring buffer memory buffer management, improved the utilization of the optical disc library memory buffer; through divided the BD track, enabling metadata information and data are positioned to write. By shortening the data archiving process and the property that the bandwidth of memory is higher than the hard disk, the performance of system can be improved.Ultimately, the system realized its function in the non-cached Optical Disc Library. The test result shows that the system in a single drive data archiving for 760 seconds elapsed time, and improves the average throughput by 56.84%.
