| On the background of common challenges in the project management of current real estate development projects, this paper focused on the requirement analysis of the design of portfolio management information system for real estate development projects, with the combination of portfolio management principals and construction project management theories. Also designed a practical portfolio management information system based on the discussion, analysis and feasibility study of delivery incremental revenue management procedure. There are 3 phases in the whole design process:First, analyzed the background of portfolio management, discussed the relationship of strategy, project and business development, so to build the theoretical framework of portfolio management information system.Second, designed the portfolio management information system from 3 aspects includes: portfolio management process, organization structure and IT support. Established a new management mechanism for real estate industry, and designed a portfolio management information system on it. This system uses B/S structure and SOA architecture, developed on J2EE platform and Oracle database.Finally, basedon the result of the practical applications in several actual real estate projects, came to the conclusion of the value of this system and the importance of the research. |
