Technically,Frame refers to "the organization of knowledge and experience of society When U.S. sociologist E ? In the framework of journalism, framintheory is the media's principle of selection, the emphasis, interpretation and presentation othe codes." In The development of the world's news spread of the globalization era otoday, media producers often use "framework" to construct media products and wordswhether text or images, all through a certain choice and arrangement to give a certaisubjective degree of media news and events. Thus news frame plays a big role for thaudience to understand the circumstances surrounding the news event, highlighting thnews ideology, foster the reader cultural values promote or influence the developmenprocess in the spread of international communication. Particularly under the presencircumstances that in-depth comments, explanatory reports and the depth of the form obecome an increasing number of news reports today, the role of news frame cannot bignored.Over the years "New York Times", as the Anglo-Saxon mainstream news media, has itown unique set of news reporting framework. This paper takes 18 reports about China'October 1, 2009, Chinese National Day in "New York Times as the research object, usinquantitative analysis of the data, descriptive content analysis, English News Stylistictheoretical methods to research and interpret them, figure out the characteristics of newcontent, form, style, layout location and the role of writing to be analyzed, to explore thframework presented by the "New York Times" to Western readers in this news event. Athe same time, the authors also gives suggestion to the issues raised in news writingparticularly in English news writing within the information framework.
