Minority Problem Of Street Children Study

In recent years, a group of Xinjiang minority street children with obvious appearance and special national status turn up in the big cities of mainland; they take larceny as main survival method involuntarily, and never free. There is a huge crime network behind each minority street child, they are controlled by different crime groups, treated and kidnapped by so called "boss" for the aim of amassing money. With the increasing of Xinjiang minority street children, the stealing behavior destroyed the social order of big cities in mainland, as well as aroused the repugnant of residents. The cultural difference, strangeness between different nations, in addition to the particularity of these children, this issue becomes even more complex and indispensable.In the view of such fact, the author takes Xinjiang minority street children in Xi'an as the object of study, use the correlated social psychology theories, as well as the method of depth interview and case study, makes an intensive research of the object. The author starts from the analysis of the phenomenon, and discuses the origin; finally lead to the countermeasure. The research is divided into five chapters:The first chapter introduces the cause of selecting the topic, and carries on the induction and summary of the domestic and foreign related literature, subsequently proposes the questions should be solved in this research, while definite the special groups'Xinjiang minority street children' by unified with the concept of'street children','illegal street children'.The second chapter mainly introduces the overall condition and feature of Xinjiang minority street children in Xi'an by analyzing the case collected, comprehensively grasps the condition of street children from the family background, school edition, leaving home situation, the street corner life.The third chapter discusses the particularity of Xinjiang minority street children which caused by their underage and minority status, and analyzes the harm and influence of such phenomenon to themselves, mainland cities, as well as Xinjiang.The fourth chapter analyzes the reason which these Xinjiang minority street children. The regional economies development is not balanced in the macroscopic stratification plane and the social being the phenomenon of kidnaps and sells the child, and there is the different national custom, cultural difference factor and so on. The microscopic stratification plane's factor include the family poverty, education mishandled, guardian dissipated, the education attended the formality, lacks the influence which, community supervision dynamics the essential psychological education, of the same generation relate to be insufficient, the Basic-level organization work not strength as well as exists in child own disposition, the behavior factor and so on.The fifth chapter analyzes the reason of the question clearly, and discussed with emphasis how to solve the problem. To construct the way of the "prevention, rescue and correct" mechanism, and propose the suggestion to solve the Xinjiang minority street children.
