China has been a multi-ethnic country since ancient times.China's ethnic education is also an organic part of China's education system and an important part of China's ethnic work.How to protect and develop the multi-national culture while maintaining the political unity and cultural harmony in a multi-national country is an important problem faced by all nations.Ethnic education is the core component of multicultural education.Researchers in the field of pedagogy have found that the education level of Xinjiang still lags behind that of the mainland,and its talent training,especially the training of higher level talents,cannot meet the needs of the development of the situation.To this end,all regions and relevant departments should,in accordance with the overall arrangements of the party central committee and the state council,conscientiously do a good job in all relevant work.In recent years,the study of learning efficiency is a very important issue in the educational circle.Students are influenced by learning efficiency in the process of learning,which have vital function in their learning and development.However,there are few studies on the learning efficiency of minority students in Xinjiang,especially on mathematics.Mathematics is an indispensable tool in our production,life,study,science and technology,and work.The overall difference between Xinjiang minority students and Han students in math is obvious.It has become an urgent social problem to improve the learning efficiency of mathematics,so as to solve the difficulties in mathematics learning,improve the performance of minority students,make them more competitive and adapt to the trend of social development.By revealing the problems of mathematics learning efficiency of minority students in Xinjiang and proposing countermeasures,this study promotes the development of minority education and plays a leading role in ethnic education.In this study,the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview were used to investigate and study the mathematics learning efficiency of junior middle school students of ethnic minorities in To Ksun county,Xinjiang.Through to the Xinjiang trafigura sunni minority in county and township school junior high school students mathematics study efficiency situation investigation,discovered Toksun county,Xinjiang ethnic minority junior middle school students learning efficiency by gender,learning phase,the school location factors such as restriction and influence of students' mathematics study efficiency level in learning motivation,learning attitude,learning expectation,learning strategy,learning ability,academic achievement and learning environment seven dimensions show the difference of the different characteristics.Through the analysis of its characteristics and differences,the existing problems and the corresponding effective strategies and methods,in order to improve the level of mathematics learning efficiency of Xinjiang minority students,to help the development of education in Xinjiang.This paper mainly consists of four parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the research reason,research purpose,theoretical significance and practical significance of the research,defines the core concepts such as learning effectiveness,and proposes the research ideas,research tools and research methods of the research,the literature review,which mainly expounds the relevant theories and research situation of learning efficiency,and lays a good foundation for exploring new strategies and methods to improve the learning efficiency of junior middle school students of ethnic minorities in Toksun county.The second part makes a sample survey of junior high school students from two middle schools of ethnic minorities in Toksun county,compares and analyzes the status quo of learning effectiveness according to the collected relevant data,and provides a data basis for the analysis of problems and causes of learning effectiveness in the third part.The third part is the analysis of the problems and causes of the learning efficiency of junior high school students in Toksun county from the perspective of internal factors and external factors.In the fourth part,based on the characteristics and existing problems of mathematics learning efficiency of minority junior high school students in toksun county,the author puts forward effective countermeasures to improve the mathematics learning efficiency of minority junior high school students.
