Therefore, it is necessary to establish a more perfect, strong, stable and effective financial assistance system.Needy student financial assistance is a long and complex systems engineering, to enable needy students to accomplish of university studies, so that needy students can have a positive, optimistic and positive mental outlook to face the difficulties,and establish a proper life concepts and values, our country should further improve assistance.Government, community, colleges, poor students and their parents who participate in together will combining helping with educating to achieve a comprehensive development.
