Equity Research On Education Results Of Students With Financial Difficulties

The deep development of higher education system in China, the continuing enlarged recruitment of university and the comprehensively implementing the system of tuition fee make numerous opportunities for young people to enter the university, meanwhile it cause the pressure from economic difficulties for poor students. The student with economic difficulties became a huge part of university, and this issue became a very sensitive problem, which influenced widely in society.If the economic difficulty-student in university can not be helped properly and on time, it will influence their life and studying, even influence the mental health, attitude towards life and society badly. So whether the economic difficulty-student be educated fairly and graduate successfully strongly related with their individual development, also related with their finical condition of family.This paper does the investigation of 2007 Graduates of the L University, comparing the employment rate, the gender of employment, the region of employment, the major of employment, the level of salary, continue education rate and self satisfaction. Then do random sampling the students with financial difficulty and student without financial difficulty by interviewing. Analysis the difference between these two samples in the follow aspects:study, living, social activity, purchase job and purchase further education. Try to find that:comparing with other students, whether students with financial difficulty accepted the fairly education, and from analysis the result fair issue to the education process fairly. In the end, give a method on defining students with financial difficulty scientifically and reasonable. Improve the living condition among the students with financial difficulty, make the education result fairly among students with financial difficulty in employment and continue education aspects.
