College Counselors Specialized Construction Research

In order to strengthen the party's ideological and political work in the army's successful experience in a creative way at Tsinghua University to establish "political counselor" system has gone through over half a century of experience and difficulty, practice, explore, in the attention of the party and the government, the system of counseling members in our colleges and universities get better. However, through the pupil to examine the history of the evolution of college counselors system and implementation, particularly, in the process of full-time instructor team building, "Useless", "Cancel theory", "alternative theory" when the noise which has been the strong weak, and disappeared the obvious, with the instructor team-building has always been a direct impact on the building of the ranks of college counselors. In the new century, with the changing times, economic development, social progress, deepening educational reform and the new situations and new problems, new challenges in the ideological and political education of the students. The party and the government pay greater attention to and strengthen the college counselor ranks in far-sighted and from a strategic height. so, in 2004 the《the opinions of CPC Central Committee and State Council on Further Strengthening and Improving Ideological and Political Education》was promulgated, it pointed out that the counselors are the backbone of college students'ideological and political education, they are the leader and guide of the healthy development of students, and stressed that to take effective measures and strive to build a high-level instructors. To implement the spirit of "opinions", the Ministry of Education introduced the《instructors on the strengthening of institutions of higher learning the views of the class teacher ranks》in 2005, and promulgated the《ordinary institutions of higher learning instructor ranks states that》in 2006, provide a policy and institutional support for the college counselor ranks. However, at present, face the reality of college instructor ranks, analysis of the status of instructor ranks, we can see that the moment our college counselor team is still a "plus but not strong", "Gong not solid ", an insufficient number of team instability, the quality is not high, away from the party and the government's expectations and there is a considerable gap with the requirements. Social division of labor is one of the hallmarks of human civilization, specialization is a professional existence and development of the ultimate direction of profession. College instructor team's "professionalism construction" is a historical necessity, reality, the call is imperative. The constituent elements of the ranks of professional instructors include:a clear and rigorous qualification; strong and stable team of professionals; the terms of reference for an independent and standardized; unique and skilled professional skills; fixed and powerful academic research and exchange of positions; distinct and good professional ethics. There are four parts in my Master's thesis. The first part, from an academic counselor in colleges and universities related to the construction of the concept of specialized teams to define and clarify the ranks of professional counselors construction of meaning, extension, proposed the construction of standards for professional counselors; The second part, explain the need for the construction of professional counselors, importance and feasibility; the third part of my college instructors on the current "non-professional" construction led to many problems to make a rational analysis, to find them reasons, to provide a basis for the right medicine; The fourth part, from the macro-and micro-theory and reality, focusing on the instructor team-building mechanism, professional design and building of the contingent of counselors to provide guidance.
