A Research On The Long-term Mechanism Of College Counselor Team Construction Based On The Two-factor Theory

College counselors are the backbones of ideological and political education of university students.They are the organizer,implementer and administrator of political education and management.As a result,they have the dual role of a teacher and an administrator.College counselors are reasonable guides and close friends to students' growth.They are the backup forces for college teachers and administrators.They are of huge importance to strengthening Party building and bringing up qualified builders and reliable successors to the cause of socialism.Improving the team construction of college counselors and establishing a long-term effective mechanism helps refining the overall qualities,working ability and promoting the professionalism of the team.It's of great significance to realizing the strategic goal of reinvigorating China through human resource development.With college reforms,the college counselors have come into dilemmas such as faint role orientation,weak devotion,less enthusiasm,which seriously impact the educating goal.In recent years,there have been more policy support to solve these difficulties.Still,policies not right in place,regulations far from perfection,college counselors team construction become even more difficult.As a result,we need to further the discussion of latent factors that cause declining satisfaction for their career,so as to build a complete mechanism,stimulate vitality,improve satisfaction,motivate initiative and innovation,thus launching news prospects for the cause of higher education.This paper lays its theoretical basis on the two-factor theory in human resources.It probes into the college counselors' team construction in terms of "hygiene factors" and“incentive factors".Given the authors'personal experience of many years working as a college counselor,the author shall put forward specific thoughts and measures to help relieving the current situation.
