Teaching activities are a kind of bilateral activities between teachers and students. However, the teachers are usually in the domineering and controlling position in traditional Chinese Reading classes. The content of teaching is instill all the understanding of the texts of the teachers themselves into the students in certain prefixed ways, therefore the students become passive absorbents. The students rarely have the chances to express their own unique opinions and undergo their personal feeling experiences. The class lack of teacher-and-student interactions and questions and inquiries is a class lack of vigor, which consequently fail to enhance the students'cultivation of Chinese language and literature. At present, during the drive to promote another round of reform of new curriculum, teachers shall never neglect the subjective role the students play in classroom. It is necessary to create an atmosphere for the students to enjoy the fragrance of Chinese literature in reading classes, cultivate their aesthetic temperaments and enrich their feelings. To meet this goal, therefore it is necessary for the teachers to transform and form their educational concepts and transfer their roles as knowledge-givers to wise advisors,participants and collaborators.The thesis mainly expounds the way on how teachers develop the teaching wisdom in the process of the teaching activities of reading. With the employment of documentary and case-study methods and the references of some special books concerned on class teaching and on the basis of the author's own teachings cases, the author contemplates the wisdom of teacher's behavior in teaching after the reflections of the successes and failures behind the class teaching background.The author also makes an effort to sort out and classify some strategies which help form teaching wisdom before,in and after class activities respectively to achieve the goal of improving the professional quality of teachers and bettering the quality of teaching.
