| With the rapid progress in society's modernization nowadays, the ideological and political education for the teenagers is becoming the focus of the public. The ideological and political education at school, however, as the leading part of the ideological and political education, is not perfect. Moreover, being the significant composition of the ideological and political education, the ideological and political education for the vocational school students should be paid more attention. The secondary vocational school students are the main work force with skills in the future, so their ideological and political education level will directly determine the stability of our country and the promotion of our national quality. Nowadays the overall level of their moral quality is satisfactory, but they are still easy to be negatively affected by the outside world because of their immature ages. Most of the secondary vocational school students are the poor students at the junior middle schools, so they often have the sense of inferiority and lack the sense of self-confidence. Recently, a sharp increase in number of students of the secondary vocational schools has slow down the process of enhancing its ideological and political education. Due to these reasons mentioned above, there is still a large room for the secondary vocational school to improve the ideological and political education for its students. Nevertheless, thanks to the carry-out of the reform and opening-up policy, the private vocational schools develop in number and scale. Therefore the ideological and political education at the private vocational schools begins to catch our attention. This thesis attempts to outline the poor situation of the ideological and political education at the private vocational school, carefully analyze its social and educational reasons and its deeper roots and bring forth some constructive suggestions like strengthening the teachers'professional ethics, renewing the methods to ideologically educate the students, fostering the campus's culture and building the network... |
