If China wants to participate more effectively in the international cooperation and competition and improve practically the competitive ability of industry and products, China must lose no time and endeavor to advance the higher vocational education.On the basis of the systematical analysis and research on the present situation of Chinese higher vocational education, this article pointed out Chinese higher vocational education has become an important constituent of Chinese higher education, and has made the significant contribution for popularizing the higher education.
