| As an important part of China’s secondary vocational education system,vocational high schools accelerate the practical application of science and technology into high-output social productivity.Over the years,the Chinese government has repeatedly promulgated relevant policies and regulations,emphasizing the importance of vigorously developing vocational education.With the full implementation of the tuition free policy of secondary vocational education,the education output of some vocational colleges is insufficient,and the regional input is unbalanced,which leads to the low efficiency of education input and output.Therefore,this paper chooses vocational high schools in secondary vocational education as the research subject,scientifically measures the efficiency of education input and output,and finds out the factors influencing the efficiency from the perspective of spatial spillover effect,It has a strong practical significance to promote the development of vocational high schools.Through reading a large number of references on the study of secondary vocational education,higher vocational education and higher education,this paper analyzes and compares them,and summarizes the points that need further research.Taking the total number of teaching staff and the ratio of students to teachers as the human input index,the asset value of teaching and scientific research instruments and equipment and the building area of the school as the material input index,the general public budget expenditure on education as the financial input index,the number of students in the school as the quantity output,and the number of graduates with vocational qualification certificate as the quality output,The input-output index system of vocational high school education is established.By collecting and collating the "China Education Statistical Yearbook","education funds implementation statistics bulletin" and other related yearbooks,using the super efficiency DEA method,this paper calculates the inputoutput efficiency of vocational high school education from 2015 to 2019,and then analyzes the influencing factors of regional vocational high school education efficiency from the perspective of spatial spillover by using spatial Durbin model.The results show that:(1)the input-output efficiency of vocational high school education in the eastern and central regions is basically stable,and the input-output efficiency of vocational high school education in the western region is the lowest(2)The scale of Vocational Education in China is gradually improving,and the scale of running schools is gradually increasing.However,the scale of input and output of Vocational Education in the western region has a certain expansion space(3)There are some problems in the efficiency of Vocational Education in China,such as spatial differences,repeated investment and unreasonable structure of resource investment(4)The level of economic development,education ecology and funds can positively promote the improvement of the input-output efficiency of education,while the level of urbanization and the allocation of educational resources can inhibit the input-output efficiency of vocational education.Based on the above conclusions,the paper proposes to focus on the quality of personnel training and the employment of graduates;To promote the "industry university research" cooperative education mode of vocational education institutions in China,so as to achieve mutual benefit and winwin situation between schools and enterprises;To promote the level of local economic development,lead the transformation and upgrading of industrial economy,and improve the efficiency of vocational high school education in the surrounding areas. |
