Different people have different disposition,and so do organizations.Owing to the diverse environment and business field,organizations own their distinct organizational culture with dissimilar sense of worth and ideology.Organizational culture is formed through a long time, which includes the basic faith,sense of worth with universal agreement and the manifested behavior.The goal of the organizational culture construction is to form a kind of cohesion, moreover,every member has the common sense of calling and the strong sense of responsibility, as a result,the organization is able to develop rapidly and healthily as well as the members of the organization.Meanwhile,the school,as an especial organization,owns distinct school organizational culture,which is shaped from the research on organizational climate and organizational culture. It indicates the mass senses of worth,management opinions,behavior rules,behavior styles, management regulations and school history,which bodies the school spirit,unitary personality and the distinct character of the school,which is created in such a peculiar social organization by the school leaders,teachers and students.Peking University is the Peking University,and Tsinghua University is the Tsinghua University,because they all have their own characteristic.Different schools have different organizations,and different organizations have different culture.After all,in all organizations, there is inevitably one better organizational culture which is benefit of the development of the organization.Moreover,in all school organizations,there is inevitably one better school organizational culture which is favorable for the school efficiency and the teacher's professional development.The school organizational culture has played an increasingly more important role,which influenced the teacher's professional development directly.In order to turn out some first-rate students,teachers should train themselves to reach the goal.However,it is not satisfying in the area of teacher's professional development,that is to say,there are many problems needed solving.A research about teacher's professional development has been done in this paper from the angle of school organizational culture.The types,features,functions,contents and the influence of the school organizational culture have been analyzed in this paper.Meanwhile,in order to establish the school organizational culture which is benefit of the teacher's professional development,some measures have been taken out.
