Teacher is a challenging and constructive occupation.Under the background of curriculum reform in China,the problem of teacher occupation is also increasingly prominent.With the deepening of the new curriculum reform,how to effectively realize the professional development of teachers has become a very important topic.The key influencing factor of the teacher's career development lies in the organization and management of the school.In addition,the development concept and the professional title of the atmosphere all affect the professional development of the teachers.The teacher development model,the evaluation mechanism,the organizational culture change and the construction are all the important ways to solve the current teachers' realistic problems.So what is the career development of teachers,whether their development can have a good way,whether teachers love their jobs or not,in many schools,they are in a state of chaos.The occupation of teachers basically has a natural affiliation with schools.What kind of development can their careers develop? They all have an inseparable relationship with the school organization.Sometimes even the role of organization will exceed that of teachers themselves.From the perspective of school organization and management,this paper discusses the basic way of teachers' career development from the transformation of teachers' concept,the perfection of teacher training system and the improvement of teachers' salaries.Two kinds of methods used in this paper to reveal the existing problems in the development of teachers' occupation,through interviews and data analysis that,facing the teacher occupation development problems: Teachers' professional attitude is not correct,widespread outdated educational ideas and teachers' professional ability and the lack of knowledge.From the perspective of organization,this paper analyzes the relationship between it and teachers' career development,and points out that the problems of teachers' career development are due to the influence of traditional educational thoughts,the inadequate attention of school organizations,and the incompletion of various systems.Finally,from the questionnaire for the problems,puts forward effective measures to promote the total teacher occupation development: to improve teachers' salary and welfare;reduce the burden of teaching and pressure;formulate occupation development plan,enhance self quality;the government to increase investment,improve system security;training and promote teachers' occupation identity.
