Achievement of "Through science and education" strategic objectives and the steady growth of economic not only need to look at talent, but also a large number of high-level of applied talent.China's higher education started late, and most of the higher education institutions are the vocational and technical colleges upgraded by national model secondary school,that have long been engaged in secondary education in the planned economy era . For a long time that they bear the task of secondary education.they have more or less signs of the secondary education in the school philosophy, the form of schools, curriculum development and implementation. In particular, Construction of curriculum system.the current curriculum System of higher vocational and technical education have two types of version, the first , the reform version of regular higher education's curriculums system; Second, upgraded version of the secondary education's curriculum system.Through both versions of the curriculum system has a very important significance to initial period of higher vocational education. But with development of the society ,these two versions of the curriculum system has been unable to meet the current needs of social development.Higher vocational and technical education requires its own curriculum system, which is the hot spots on research of the development and improvement of higher vocational education in recent years.This study is divided into six parts. The first part has elaborated that construction of higher vocational and technical education curriculum system, explored the value-oriented of Construction a curriculum-system, Enumerated some problems existin current higher vocational and technical education curriculum system, made a brief introduction of the study's purpose, the significance of the study and research methods; The second part has clarified that the signnificance of higher vocational and technical education in economic development, made a strict definition on the higher vocational education,at same time,expond simply the Status of higher vocational and technical education in the struction of the education system; The third part has introduced that development process of higher vocational education curriculum ,made a comprehensive analysis to constitute the curriculum, curriculum view ,curriculum goals and curriculum structure; The fourth part has made introduction of several popular curriculum construction pattern in internation, induced enlightenment of the overseas curriculum system construction theory to our country higher vocational-technical education curriculum system construction;the fiveth part The fifth part, in view of our country higher vocational-technical education's status quo, has profited from the overseas curriculum system construction theory, proposed that "the school-business cooperation" competence-based curriculum system construction pattern, and made the exhaustive elaboration of curriculum construction Process; The sixth part, has made the forecast to the higher vocational technical education curriculum system construction following research, and mainly induced this research conclusion, simultaneously enumerated this research innovation spots, finally made the preliminary predictive parsing to the following research.
