In recent years, as the development of social economy and science technology, the higher vocational and technical education of china has come into a high-speed stage . while, with the rapid expansion lots of problems have appeared, the most important among these is the construction of curriculum system .curriculum system which is the heart of higher vocational and technical education decides the effect of education .forming a china characteristic curriculum system is a very important duty.the paper begins with the social background .analyzes the condition state of curriculum system and some factors with are related with construction of curriculum ,and puts forward a new curriculum conception-integration of the broad and the narrow. Under the direction of this new conception, some principles and methods are formed based on research parts which are composed of curriculum development. Finally, the paper makes a try to apply these principles to automobile appliance specialty in Nanjing University of science and technology.
