In middle of Chinese sports and culture,Qilu traditional sports and culture is not only a major source of the culture of Chinese sports,but also the core and trunk of Chinese traditional sports and culture forming.Activing Qilu traditional sports and cultural resources,developing the economic functions of Qilu traditional sports and culture will provide the health,unique cultural and consumer services for the quality life of human society that can provide the necessary financial support for the Qilu traditional sports and culture's protection,material and financial resources for sustainable development of the Qilu traditional sports and culture,inject new life and vitality for the Qilu traditional sports and cultural modern development,realize the era's mission of the Qilu traditional sports and culture.However,literature search finds the traditional sport and culture protection and practice for developing starts relatively later in China, it is lack of the theoretical research about Chinese traditional sports and culture industrialization, few traditional research about the industrialization of traditional sports and culture focuses on the traditional minority culture sports and martial arts etc,these researches are mainly based on the pure theory and less combined with the application,so we know less adequate theoretical support about the traditional sports and culture industrialization.Therefore,the paper selects Qilu traditional sports and culture that is the most representative one of Chinese sports and culture as research,uses means and methods for the field and expert survey etc which reviews the present situation,analyses the market demand,capital operation,the concept of development model about industrialization and product development and market planning for industrial development about Qilu traditional sports and culture industrialization,and establish the systemic and comprehensive theoretical system about Qilu traditional sports and culture industrialization,we draws the following conclusion preliminarily:1 The integration of Qilu traditional sports and culture and economy is an inevitable trend of Qilu traditional sport and culture modernization,activing Qilu traditional sports and culture resources,the realization of Qilu traditional sports and culture industrialization,will be conducive to achieve the hematopoietic function of Qilu traditional sports and culture,provide the necessary financial support and material and financial resources of sustainable development for Qilu traditional sports and culture.2 Qilu traditional sports and culture industrialization will help to the development and spread of traditional culture,meet the demand for the people's spiritual and cultural consumption, help to popularization of the national fitness,the promotion for local economic development and the expansion of employment.3 A solid mass foundation,unique folk culture,gradual perfect policy security system and mature market economy will provide strong support for Qilu traditional sports and culture industrialization. 4 Qilu traditional sports and culture industrialization mainly depends on the tourism, tourists pursue the culture taste more and more,rich cultural resources of Qilu traditional sports and culture industrialization is corresponding with the culture needing of modern tourists,the booming tourism in Shandong will bring about a broad market space and considerable economic and social benefits for.Qilu traditional sports and culture industrialization.5 Capital management is the ties of development about Qilu traditional sports and culture, we use existing assets to achieve a rolling development through the multi-channel fund raising and financing and active material capital through industrial linkage;we must build vigorously brand characteristics combined with our own unique cultural resources advantage in order to activate the invisible capital;we must bring up a large number of integrated traditional talents who are familiar with the market and adept at management,skilled performances and energetic through mutil-channel in order to activate the human capital and technological capital.6 Qilu traditional sports and culture products can be divided into kinds of folk-based performances,participatory festivals,sports and culture tourism,kind and intermediaries etc,its development should firstly determine the theme and direction,the design and combination of products and focus on the market plan of products.7 This paper built on the core for leading industries carries out an extension of the horizontal and vertical industrial chain model,forms the development model of "each other physically" through the marriage of the tourism industry and highlights the path of sustainable development of the brand battle mode which will provide a theoretical reference for the development of Qilu traditional sports and culture industrialization and a basis of strategy and decision for the relevant functional departments of government.
