Adult Higher Education Development Barriers And Countermeasures

Currently, our country's adult higher education organizations are facing immense domestic environment changes, and these changes have provided the broad development opportunities for our country's adult higher education. How do the adult higher education organizations hold the opportunities and overcome own existed barriers are receiving adult education academic circle's more and more attention. This research benefits from the foundation of domestic and foreign related research results, aims at pushing the development system researches of our country's adult higher education, and makes the breakthroughs of constructing our country's adult higher education development from the idea and the practice aspects.This research, takes the present social development condition as a background, analyzed the development opportunities which the harmonious society's construction, the learning society's advancement, the scientific development concept's statement as well as the popularization of higher education brings about. Based on this, it summarized development barriers our country's adult higher education faced, from the angles of value idea, education system, laws and policies, troop construction, school resources and so on. Finally, this study proposed some concrete measures to overcome the difficulties and barriers under above background. These measures include: the renewal of ideas, the reformation of the macroscopic as well as the microscopic management systems, the reinforcement of the administrative personnel and teacher troop's construction, the enrichment of school resources etc.This paper mainly utilized literature methodology, paid great attention on the existence and the development shape of our country's adult higher education, discussed the relationship between our country's adult higher education and the domestic environmental changes, such as the harmonious social construction, the learning society advancement, the scientific development concept's statement and the popularization of higher education, inquired new century's development strategy choice of our country's adult higher education.
