Managing Strategies For Issues Of Adult Higher Education

Adult education is an indispensable part of our higher education system, plays a key role in the economic and social development, and to provide adequate personnel support for the sustainable development of China’s economy and social progress. With the overall development of national education, adult education in China has been rapid development, has made prominent achievements, but also exposed many problems of the management system and teaching mode, etc., and these problems can be directly related to adult education development of the key issues of sustainable development and even survival, if not effectively addressed, will adversely affect the immeasurable for Adult Education.In this context, the essay combining the research, use of relevant research methods to analyze the current situation of China’s Adult Education Management, and find the reasons.
