Investigation And Study Of The Northern Jiangsu Area College Teachers Of Physical Exercise Conditions And Constraints

In order to understand the main reasons to constraint the north Jiangsu university teachers to participate in physical exercise , and to organize and guide teachers to participate in physical exercise, this paper carries out an in-depth and meticulous investigation and research on the north jiangsu college physical teachers' training with the use of literature methods, social surveys methods and the methods of mathematical statistics.Survey results shows that regular participation in physical activity ratio is only 28.6 percent, most teachers can not be guaranteed the number of the weekly exercise, the training sessions are more concentrated , Most of the places to choose is the place of the college. These teachers' the main motive to participate in the physical training is to promote health, their physical activity knowledge is better than other people, most of teachers chooses few items such as jogging.The reasons to restraint the north jiangsu physical teachers to participate in the training are heavy working pressure ,the hard study researching works , heavy workload, long working hours, and they have been putting in a lot of the time and energy on their own development and future .Female teachers are generally constrained in various aspects of training than male teachers. As age increased, the trend of equipment requirements increased. " work factors " constraints more between 30-50 years of age of the intermediate grade teachers to participate in physical training," Environment and economic factors "for the majority of teachers to participate in physical exercise is relatively smallerCollege and departments should arrange the venue, time and projects, and the physical training properly for the teachers with different qualifications, titles and income, meanwhile considering their special needs.
