Analysis Of Changchun University Teachers' Sports Life And The Influencing Factors

The World Health Organization (WHO) had given an exact definition for healthiness in its charter:"Healthiness should not only limit to without illness and enervation. It should be a good state in the physical, psychological and social adaptation fields."This definition reflected the key points in healthiness. It became the target for each person in modern society and turns to be the most authoritative and influential definition all around the world. It is reported that the average life expectancy of the clerisy of China is 58.52 in 1985. Until 1995, it is only 56.34. Though the society and science technique developed for ten years, the average life expectancy of the clerisy is 10 years shorter than the whole country's which was 66.45. Other than the heavy working load, the high psychological stress and the mental hypertension, the physical life style of the clerisy is an important reason for that.Therefore, this thesis did a research for the actualities that influences the physical life style of those teachers in colleges of Changchun. By using means of reference consulting,questionnaire investigation and data anglicizing, the thesis is on purposes of settling the following questions:First, to comprehend the physical attitude of the teachers in colleges of Changchun.Second, to comprehend the actuality of the physical life style of the teachers in colleges of Changchun.Third, to analyze and discuss the major elements that influences the physical life style of the teachers in colleges of Changchun.Four, to give advices in order to form a beneficial life style for teachers in colleges of Changchun.The stat. result shows that:1. Direct physical activity is the major physical life style of college teachers.2. The health status of the college teachers in Changchun is not optimistic. The healthy level of the layer of the two middles ages is comparatively low.3. The college teachers in Changchun take less physical activities and the tension is low. The ratio of physical population is comparatively in a low level.4. The content of the activities the college teachers in Changchun take part in developed in many ways. More attention should be paid to the basic items which are inexpensive and needs smaller area.5. The research on physical attitudes shows that about 87 percents of the teachers got a result higher than 45 which indicates that the attitude is all right and active.
