| College teacher training is a kind of professional training for college teachers and an important way to improve the professional ability and professional level of college teachers.With the emphasis on the training of college teachers,the training of college teachers is also increasing.However,based on the literature research and college training practice,it is found that one of the main problems in the current college teacher training is that the training effect is not satisfactory.If a great deal of manpower,material resources and financial resources are invested in training,it will not achieve the expected training effect.This is not only a waste of training resources,but also may dampen the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in training again.So how to improve the effectiveness of college teacher training?There are many ways to improve the training effect.At present,the most concerned is the improvement of the training itself in the training implementation,such as optimizing the training content and strengthening the training evaluation.However,through research and development,the author found that the training migration also affects the training effect in addition to the training implementation.The important factor is the degree of training transfer of the participating teachers is the key to measuring the effectiveness of the entire training activities.However,in the actual training transfer process,there are still various factors that hinder the teacher’s training transfer,resulting in poor training results.Therefore,in order to improve the effectiveness of teacher training,it is necessary to find out what factors influence the teacher training transfer.Is there a certain relationship between these factor variables?How do these factors affect training transfer?Therefore,based on the research of the literature,this paper reviews the research on the influencing factors of teacher training transfer in Colleges and universities,delineates the main influencing factors,and puts forward the research hypothesis,and constructs the initial model of college teacher training transfer.Then,combined with the existing research at home and abroad,the questionnaires on the influencing factors of teacher training transfer in Colleges and universities was compiled,and the questionnaires were revised.Finally,the questionnaire was distributed to the newly recruited teachers in Colleges and universities in H province to improve their teaching ability.Through statistical analysis of the relevant data collected by the questionnaire,it is concluded that the personal characteristics of the university teachers,the training design factors,raining transfer climate factors and their sub-factors have a direct or indirect impact on the training migration effect,among which organizational support has the greatest impact.Based on the analysis of the research conclusions and the relevant theories and interview materials,this study explores the intervention strategies to improve the effect of teacher training transfer from the perspectives of individual teachers,training design and tthe training transfer climate.Firstly,from the perspective of teachers’ personal characteristics,it mainly promotes the knowledge transfer of college teachers to promote the knowledge transfer of college teachers.At the same time,it adopts various measures to enhance the willingness of college teachers to migrate,which lay the foundation for the training and migration of college teachers.Secondly,from the perspective of training design,the intervention strategy for college teacher training transfer should adhere to the whole process.The key strategies that can be adopted for this are to improve the training content,optimize the training of teachers,and strengthen the follow-up support services for college teachers’ training.Finally,from the perspective of the training migration atmosphere,the participating colleges should adopt various measures to foster a high-level training transfer atmosphere and improve the training transfer effect. |
