Problem-solving is the most important cognitive process in the course of study. Nevertheless, how to improve the problem-solving capability of students is always a problem that puzzles senior physics educators. The effect of traditional physics teaching mode is not effective in improving the problem-solving capability of students. Therefore, there is a necessity to study the new teaching mode. The theory of schema in cognition psychology, which explains the problem of knowledge-rich field, provides theoretical instructions for studying new teaching mode in improving the problem-solving capability.This paper, supported by the theory of schema and based on the related document in discipline-problem field, has the attitude that the progress of students' solving problem is an analogical reasoning progress. Thus, the study of samples and the solution to analogical problem benefit for the formation of scheme. During the course of sample study, drawing the scheme picture is useful for the formation of scheme. Based on these studies, this paper brings forward the research into the senior physics teaching mode of scheme analogy; then designs experiment to verify the effect of the mode. The following experiment indicates that the senior physics teaching mode of scheme analogy, compared with the traditional physics teaching mode, is more effective in the formation of students' scheme.
