How to make effective instruction in the network environment is becoming more and more important in the middle and elementary schools. This thesis studied the network instructional model and constructs the video-interaction instructional model based on learning tasks through action research. The instructing practice proves that this instructional model takes good effects and this research is divided into three stages.In the first stage of action research, we found out the main factors that influence the network instructions by interview and internet survey under the guide of Interaction and Communication Theory and Affective Education Theory.And in the second stage of action research, according to the Sustaining Concern Theory, the Cognitivism Theory, the Instructional Systems Design Theory, etc. We found out the main problems and underlying factors in the network instruction by survey of questionnaire. We construct the analogy model of the new instructional model using the Interpretative Structural Modelling Method(ISM).In the third stage of action research, We chose two classes to make a contrasting research with the new instructional model in the XinSong Middle School. The outcomes shows that the new instructional model has advantages in the interaction level, maneuverability, etc.
