Along with the rapid progress of the times, efficiency is highly appreciated by people in every profession. Some people say that time is life; some say that time is money. However, students spend most of their time in school and the studying result is mainly decided by classroom instruction. The classroom instruction is related to the life and development of students. As long as competition exists in the society, the marks of learning should be considered. However, we could not raise the marks of learning by means of overburdening students or lengthening time. To improve the efficiency is the best suitable choice. Since the purpose of researching on theory is to guide the action, we can realize the aim of the researching mostly by applying the theory to classroom instruction.This thesis takes efficiency as a basic conception and explains its connotation in detail. The classroom instructing efficiency is related both to the demands of the society and to the development of the students. The thesis' logic process is from macroscopic view to microscopic view, from abstraction to concretion, from theory to practicing and from outside elements to inside elements. At first, the author explains the value of the efficiency on the background of the industrial time and the so-called post-industrial time. Considering the theory of instruction is a middle-leveled education theory, the author explains what high efficient instruction is and what such a classroom is like. So the author concludes the features of the high efficient classroom after analyzing the background. Firstly, the aims are clear. Secondly, most students are benefited. Thirdly, the instructing process is conformed to the standard. The evaluation of the instructing efficiency should surpass the traditionalevaluation of knowledge. High efficiency achieved by eliminating the students' desire for knowledge is not real high efficiency. It is shameful for the instructors to see that the students burn their books after examination. Accompanying learning is also valuable besides main learning. Accompanying learning is related to the systematic and generalized rational cognition and attitudes. Accompanying learning cannot be formed quickly and cannot be evaluated easily. Its formation in one's character needs much continual experience.The efficiency is the most important and the equity cannot be produced without the efficiency. Absolute equity can only exist in the ideal. But teachers still have much room to act in most of the instruction. They can treat the students fairly or unfairly. They can love and encourage every student to develop or they can lose heart in some and instruct only the intelligent ones as many teachers do nowadays. The result of education is not the same, but it does not mean that the teacher can overlook some students. The students are not from the same starting point and some factors cannot be solved by the classroom instruction. However, the instruction is holy because it can offer every student an opportunity to success. Protecting the weak ones does not mean overlooking competition or discouraging going ahead.Some once neglected outside factors are important to classroom instructing efficiency. The factors are ensuring mechanisms to improve the classroom instructing efficiency. The classroom is not isolated from the society and the attention paid by the society and the educational administration is premise. The classroom cannot be more high efficient even in the peaceful time if the curriculum is not suitably designed than in wartime. Moreover, if the expectation is not rational or the curriculum is wrong, the students may be more ruined by the high efficient instruction. The community and the parent should coordinate their efforts in instruction. They can solve many problems in cooperation or diminish the effects of education in being a drag on others.
