Studying On Education Practice Platform Based On Network

With the development of teachers' professionalization, every nation around the world pays more attention to the importance of education practice, trying to narrow the gap between education theory and practice. Based on the practical situations in normal colleges and schools, the author analyzes the main forms of education practice in domestic and foreign countries, and studies the application in the teachers' education theory and practice . By doing so, the author tries to build up a suitable network platform for normal school students in order to develop the communication and knowledge transferring among teachers or between teachers and students of students' self-reflection, and finally forms learning community, to aid and develop education practice better.The dissertation will discuss this topic as follow:Chapter one: The preface explains the researching background of the network platform, and puts forward the thought of education practice network platform , finally this chapter will give a brief introduction on research aims and method etc.Chapter two: This chapter analyzes the status of education practice. Mainly through introducing teacher education and education practice, and analyzes the main forms of education practice in domestic and foreign countries, challenge of education practice in china.Chapter three: The theoretical basis of education practice networks platform, and this chapter inquires about the origin and the elementary theory of tacit knowledge, analyzes the relationship between teachers' practical knowledge and education practice.Chapter four: Based on the former theory of the last chapter, the author analyzes the main module of education practice platform, include instructing video recording module and Blog module.Chapter five: Designing and evaluation of education practice network platform, and in this chapter, the author gives separate introduction on the whole structure, function modules, achieving methods of technologies and key technologies. Finally, the author gives the evaluation.Conclusions and prospects: This chapter firstly summarizes the results of this study, and then analyzes the problems existing in the research.
