Based on the survey of intelligence conditions of students in some schools under the guidance of the theory of multi-intelligence, this essay compares the intelligent differences between students of vocational schools and those of regular high schools, finding their marked differences in logical intelligence of local mathematics but their separate advantages in other intelligence. Therefore, the author puts forward the idea that the teaching of the subject should promote the development of students' multi-intelligence, which is especially important in vocational schools. Starting with physics exercises, the author combines the theory of multi-intelligence with the design of physics exercises for vocational schools, enquiring into the possibilities of designing physics exercises under the guidance of the theory of multi-intelligence and analyzing the abuse of singleness of intelligence required by traditional physics exercises. The author also designs some exercises which help to develop students' multi-intelligence. Besides, from practical research on applying such exercises in real teaching and feedback from students, some experiences and lessons are given, from which inspiration can be drawn, providing experience for better classroom practice under the guidance of multi-intelligence.
