| The community participation is an important content of community construction and development. This paper which takes Nanjing as the research object, discusses the innovation practice about the community participation' s system and mechanism. The paper is divided into five parts totally: Chapter 1, explains the starting point, the reason to choose the subject and the research methods, and it clarifies the theme of the community participation theoretically. Chapter 2, introduces the development' s history of the city community participation, clarifies some concepts in the paper, and analyzes the present situation about the city community participation importantly. Chapter 3 which bases on the innovation and reform of community participation' s system in District Baixia in Nanjing and so on, and elaborates from it' s Organization system and regulation construction. Chapter 4, analyzes the innovation and reform about the city community participation' s mechanism importantly. This chapter carries out further analyze from the viewpoint of expression' s mechanism , supply mechanism, safeguard mechanism and so on. The last chapter gives a simple summary.The author wants to summarize some experience which bases on Nanjing , and it will have the promoted significance to Chinese community participation. |
