Poor College Students Funded Way

In china, after the reform of the tuition collecting system of higher education since 1990s, free charge for B.A. degree has become the history. In resent years, due to the unbalanced development of regional economy, adjustment of the industrial structure and the continuous increase of the cost for schooling a student, the absolute number and the proportion of the poor students in colleges and universities are continuously increasing. Aiding the poor student to finish higher education has become the inevitable task, which is related to the maturity and the success of every poor student, to thousands upon thousands of families, to the fairness of society and the development of the whole nation. Therefore, the research on the form, the development, the implementation and the influence of the aiding way for the poor student in colleges and universities plays a positive role in improving the aiding way, perfecting the aiding policy, and raising the comprehensive benefits of the aid.This paper, taking the aid in Yunnan province as the case, through considering the status quo of the aid for poor university students, and analyzing the problem and the factor of the impact of this assignment in Yunnan province, focuses on improving and perfecting the countermeasure and the suggestion of the aiding way for the poor student in colleges and universities in Yunnan province, even in the whole country. This paper, through objectively understanding the status quo and the problem of the aiding way for poor university students in Yunnan, and putting forward the train of thought, the method and the measure of the reform, aims at providing the theory foundation and practice guidance for improving the aiding way, strengthening the aiding effect, realizing the cooperation success between the aiding subjects, and promoting the harmonious development of the society.In this research, the theory of pedagogy, educational economics and higher education are used.
