With the deepening of the higher education reform in our country, especially since the enrollment expansion of universities and university tuition fees allocation mechanism, the Number of poor college students is increasing,, the problem of poor students is more and more prominent. Government, society, colleges and universities are very seriously the work of aiding to poor college students. At present, in our country colleges basically formed "Scholarships, grants, loans, work-study programs, tuition waivers and subsidies," as one of the funding system for poor students. To some extent, it ease the difficulties of poor college students go to school, to help many college students complete their studies. However, the subsidizing system of poor college students existing the problem such as aidinig work emphasize financial support but lack of emotional mental care; aiding system is lack of humanitarian care; the social public trust fell, the aiding atmosphere is not strong:poor college students lack of ethics and so on..
