Financial aid is the means and education is the goal.At present,our country have established the student aid policy system for students from poor families who drop out of school in higher education.For example,national scholarship,national inspirational scholarship,national grants,national student loans(including campus-based loans and home-based loans),free education for normal students,financial aid for retired soldiers,work-study programs,tuition exemptions,etc.It is beneficial to train the socialist builders and successors with an all-round moral,intellectual,physical and aesthetic grounding,in addition to a hard-working spirit.This paper analyzes the situation of aiding education in colleges and universities by using literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,so as to provide references for the practice and exploration of it.Firstly,it mainly discusses the theory.The theoretical basis includes the theory of all-round development of human beings,the indoctrination theory of socialist ideology and the Marxist theory of ideological and political education with Chinese characteristics.The realistic basis includes the need to push accurate funding,the need to insist on "three all education" and the need to promote educational equity.Secondly,it mainly researches the situation.The achievements include the continuous improvement of funding policies,the continuous increase of funding intensity,the continuous enrichment of funding connotation and the warmer funding work.The problems include the unbalanced allocation of funds,the fuzzy recognition of objects,lacking moral education,lacking comprehensive ability and lacking psychological counseling.The reasons include the poor collaboration of funding subjects,the unscientific method of funding identification,the unpromising function of aiding education and the inconspicuous effect of aiding education.Finally,it mainly explores the suggestion.The countermeasures include cooperating the subjects of aiding educating,innovating the methods of aiding educating,highlighting the function of aiding educating and enhancing the effect of aiding educating.Therefore,through the research of this paper,it has important theoretical and practical significance to foster a new generation capable of shouldering the mission of national rejuvenation.
