Study On The Education Of University Student’s Vocational Values And Ideological Education In Yunnan University

Along with establishing of the socialist market economy gradually and the expansion of university education, college students’ employment environment have taken place profound changes.Our country’s college students are facing unprecedented problem "difficult employment"from the start of this century. College students ’employment market with separate independent employment,The second is from elite education to popular education, Three is the demanding from exceeds supply To the balance of supply and demand or supply.market have taken place compared to a few years ago:The first is the steering two-way choice, at the present,the employment situation is increasingly grim,the national employment policy is relatively stable,Labor market supply and demand is imbalance,structure of employment is not reasonable.Strengthening the professional values of college students research and education to solve the problem of employment has certain feasibility under the condition of college students’ profational values is not yet formed and college students’ ideas still have considerable plasticity.Implementation favorable professional values education is conducive to social harmony and stability for college students before college graduates haven’t crowded into the competitive job market.Full-text is divided into four parts. The third part:analysis the main factors of affecting college students’ vocational values, which is mainly established on the basis of the in the second part.The fourth part:to strengthen the education and guide of college students’ vocational values, which is discussed including individual, family, peer groups, schools, social environment and the perspective of national policy.This research is based on analysis current situation and influencing factors professional values for college students who are in yunnan province,which is to cultivate warning and reflection, to a certain extent,for the college students themselves and the university.That make the universities pay attention to the cultivation of the comprehensive quality of university students in the process of cultivating college students to make the college students themselves consciously set up the reasonable professional values.
