Project-based Learning (PBL) is a course intension, and also is a multipurpose teaching and learning method. PBL considers the learners most importantly with the characteristics of exploration, cross-discipline, long-term, and practicality.Introducing the PBL into the vocational education makes the vocational-school students learn the specialized cultural knowledge while they finish the project learning, and improve their practice ability, plan ability, social ability gradually. Introducing the PBL into the vocational education can be advantageous to solute vocational school current existence of many questions. Introducing the PBL into the vocational education can also be advantageous to the students'individuality development and lifelong studies.This thesis explores the implementation of the PBL from five aspects, beginning with the analysis of the significance that vocational schools develop PBL , through studying the content and the theoretical foundation of PBL, combining the characteristics of the PBL and the teaching and education goals of the vocational school with the students'status quo. The thesis try to conclude the difficulties and problems appeared in the teaching process.As a mathematics teacher working in a vocational school, I wish I could explore some more effective methods to develop the PBL in the vocational education, I will make further theoretical study on the PBL and learn more knowledge about the other subjects.
