The informationalization is an inevitable trend of economic and socialdevelopment of our times. The informationalization has already been becoming theimportant content of modernization of various countries, and theinformation-based degree becomes a key sign that reflects the overall nationalstrength of various countries. The informationalization of education is such animportant component of the social informationalization that has been getting ageneral concern in each country. Our country, following international developmentclosely too and strengthening the input of informational construction of educationand application constantly, moves forward the informationalization of education ina more cost-effective manner.Autumn 2004, Shandong Province as the first new courses of ordinary highschool reform pilot provinces, has started a new round of curriculum reform.While some advanced concepts of curriculum reform can not achieve the desiredresults for the lack of qualified teachers and excellent curriculum resources.People gradually concern shared network education resources, so the developmentand utilization of digital educational resources is increasing attended. The thesismade a research about the construction status of digital educational resources ofShandong Province.The thesis is divided into four parts:The fist part is prolegomenon. It simply introduces the background ofdevelopment of educational informatization and the research status, objectives andmethod of digital education resources.The second part briefly discusses the conception and the category of digitaleducational resources. It provides a theoretical basis for the latter two parts.The third part is the main chapter of the thesis. In order to study conveniently,the research object is mainly divided into the province, the city and the schoolthree levels. The elementary education resources net of the three levels are thefocus. The thesis detailedly describes the construction status of digital educationresources of Shandong Province and summarizes many questions. Then taking theShandong elementary education resources net as the example, the thesissummarizes the construction status of provincial level resources center .Taking the17 districts elementary education resources nets of Shandong Province, authordivide them into five kinds according to quality. Their actuality stand for thedigital education resources of city level. The actuality of digital educationresources of all high schools and elementary schools is the actuality of schoollevel.The last part is the main chapter also. This part puts forward a new plan fordigital education resources construction of Shandong Province. According toplaying different part in the informationalization of education, the thesis putsforward different Countermeasure.The author hopes this thesis can consummate the digital educationresources construction of Shandong Province and accelerate the curriculumreform.
