| Today in the information age,it is the general trend to promote the modernization of teaching with education informationization,and digital education resources are a key part of education informationization.The 2010 Outline of the National Medium and Longterm Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)clearly stated that we must attach importance to the development and application of high-quality educational resources,build a digital education public service platform,and promote the popularization and sharing of resources.In April 2018,the Ministry of Education proposed the implementation of the Education Informatization 2.0 Action Plan,attached importance to the application and construction of digital education resources,and made the popularization of digital education resources a top priority of the current implementation of the action plan.In the information environment,applying high-quality digital education resources to classroom teaching has become the norm.However,the problem of insufficient application of digital education resources in rural areas still exists.Research proves that the full application of digital education resources can effectively stimulate and maintain students 'learning motivation,promote the generation of students' positive learning behaviors,and ultimately improve the teaching effect,improve the quality of education,and promote the balanced development of education.Based on the above background,this study uses the ARCS motivation model and multimedia cognitive theory as the theoretical basis,and uses research methods such as literature analysis,survey research,and action research.Through literature search,combing and analyzing the current research on the application of digital education resources in China,sorting out the impact of the application of digital education resources on the four dimensions of learning motivation(attention,relevance,self-confidence,and satisfaction),and designing the application of digital education resources from the perspective of motivation stimulation.Combining the motivational motivation strategy proposed by the ARCS motivation model with the application of digital education resources,this paper proposes the application strategy of digital educational resources from the perspective of motivational motivation.Based on this,the resources are classified accordingly,that is,"scenario" and "connection category" "Incentive" and "sublimation" are divided into 11 specific types of resource application.Taking the fifth grade primary school students as the research object,the Ministry's edition of the fifth grade primary school Chinese volume as the specific lesson,and the goal of improving students' learning motivation,through two rounds of action research to carry out specific teaching practices,in the process of continuous summary,reflection and improvement By analyzing the changes in students' learning motivation levels,learning participation,and academic performance,the following conclusions are finally reached:(1)The application of digital education resources from the perspective of motivational motivation can stimulate students' learning motivation,improve classroom participation,and improve academic performance;(2)Teachers should use students as the center to screen and modify digital education Resources,flexible application of four resources to optimize the teaching process and stimulate learning motivation;(3)The application of digital education resources is inconvenient,and there is room for further development of quality.Combining the application of digital education resources with motivational models has enriched the application theory of digital education resources and has a certain guiding role for front-line teachers.At the same time,help teachers recognize the importance of digital education resources,change traditional traditional concepts,use digital education resources to innovate teaching models and teaching methods,find reasonable teaching strategies to improve teaching,enhance classroom teaching results,and improve teaching quality. |
