At present it is very common to ignore the Chinese education's function in the vocational schools of our country,The classes are very dull,The students hate tudying and he teachers is very low ,However, the courses of traditional Chinese,the ways and the methods of Chinese education are all difficult to meet the need of cultivating new persons of ability in Vocational School.In this article the author analyzes the causes of these problems from history, course,the view of vocational education, the qualities of the teachers and the students etc, And the author considered the art of teaching as a breakthrough in the courses of teaching. The author discussed the basic ideas about how to solve the problems from the qualities of the teachers, the content of teaching and the methods of teaching and the methods of teaching. The author mainly emphasized the practice of teaching and raised the strategy of activation,He aimed at making the Vocational Chinese teaching more active and stimulate the students' interest in studying Chinese.He provided some instructions of the theory and the help of the practice for our teachers in Vocatinonal education.
