Educational objective is a kind of literal expression, which focusing on educational idea and educational behavior. In course of century's development, there had been many kinds of views of educational objective on preschool children art education. Passing through the historical phenomenon, we may objectively and distinctly realize the historical development process of our country's preschool art education .Basing on summing up our experience, we also can advance and open up our time's children art education adapting to our country. This has active practical significance to both research of preschool educational theory and practical activity of preschool children art education.In this article the author focuses on the children's art education objective and describes in detail the evolutionary course of children's art educational objective in china over the last one hundred years by ways of consulting documents, analyzing history and observations, along with analyses of the characteristic. Basing on above analysis, the author put forward his prospect about children's art education objective according to developing status of it in our time and in future.The whole article consists of four parts:The first part is an introduction, which explains the purpose, the significance and the method of the study.The second part deals with the evolutionary course of the children's art objective in China over the last on hundred years. The six eras are as follows:First, during the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republican China;Second, from the May 4th Patriotic Movement to the establishment of the People's Republic of China;Third, from the establishment of the People's Republic of China to the late fifty of the 20th century;Fourth, from the late fifty of the 20th century to the late seventy of the 20th century;Fifth, from the late seventy of the 20th century to the late ninety of the20th century;Sixth, the early 21th century.The third part emphasizes on the characteristic of the evolutionary course of the children's art education objective:1. The emphasis of preschool art educational objective has been changed from society-orient to combination of society and person;2. Instead of single function and one-sided, the multi-function and all-round of preschool art educational objective has been realized;3. Instead of single behavioral objective, expressive type of preschool art educational objective has evolved a kind of behavioral, emergent and expressive objective;4. Instead of single enactment, the enactment of preschool art educational objective has integrated with other kinds of art;5. The point of view of establishment about preschool art educational objective has changed from teacher to children;The fourth part emphasizes on the prospect to preschool objective of the contemporary era and the future.First, because of conformity of the preschool art education curriculum ,the preschool art educational objective is tended to colligation.Second, because of the all-round development of preschool art education, the preschool art educational objective is tended to all-round.
