| As a new curriculum, research program is an important way and carrier to cultivate students' innovation spirit and practice ability, which is also one of the hot and difficult topics of basic educational curriculum reform in China. Existing in special value, it is changing the single way of students' learning to make them learn to study and inspire their desire for exploring knowledge. Whether this curriculum will be successful, the teacher is the key factor.With the knowledge of accomplishment and experience in research learning domestic and abroad from documents, the typical case analysis collected from research, and my rich practical teaching experiences in schools, I conducted a systematic exploration and study on how teachers coach students on research learning in high schools. I hope that all my study results of research learning will be recorded in written form in order to be applied by high-school teachers for reference.This essay is divided into six sections: the first one summarizes the connotation, character and purpose of research learning, and introduces the outline of its development both domestic and abroad. In the second section, it expatiates not only teachers' role change hi research learning, but challenge to teachers and emergency strategy as well. And the third part, I carried out an investigation to analyze the situation of the research learning in Shanghai high school. Furthermore, the next section adopts the individual analytical method in detail, in choosing, carrying out the subject and conclusion. This discusses how teachers instruct students to discover and fix question, the way that couch them to make plan, collect data and form cooperative teams, together with exhibition and exchange their result. Then the fifth part contains the evaluation about the research learning, emphasizing on the feature, content and ways. In addition, the guidance to the opinion on students is concluded. Finally, the sixth part deals with reflection and suggestion. |
