When talking about the concept and position of Chinese class, New Curriculum Criterion for Chinese in primary school has definitely pointed out that Chinese class should commit itself to the formation and development of primary language literacy, which depends most on the extensive reading.In the guide of this principle, instruct-reading class has been set up by Wenzhou experiment primary school in 2003. The author and her teaching and researching group have been engaged in the practice of the instruct-reading lesson in high-level graders with priority and emphases in some classes, and then extended to the others. Several class-styles of instruct-reading lesson in high-level graders have been formed.In this paper four aspects of instruct-reading lesson are stated including the positioning, value cognition, class-style research of instruct-reading lesson and the broad reading birth from it, to introduction to higher grades of primary school-based research division.
